New Board member: (Denis)  
Add a new member to the board to have another member to be able to sign the multi-sig wallet.  
From the asset onboarding team would be smart, but it would be also good to have an open call.  
Plan proposal: add up to three more members to the board over the next three months and open up the application.

→ make a post in the forum to promote it and open the discussion. Lead in time one month. submission deadline 30 October. Application should include, personal information, handles, reason for application.
