Good day guys! I think The SORS Capital project stands out as a clear example of how blockchain technology can be used for meaningful social impact. The challenge over the years has been raising capital since the demand is so high, even though the returns are comparable to traditional projects. The demand/need in so high and there is massive economic and social benefit to the larger economy. I personally have been to Panama numerous times and enjoy working with the government. Hello Zyre: Thank you for your question. We work closely with different government organizations and regulators in each country. Generally they are very receptive to new and innovative approaches to funding, especially since we are addressing a critical need - More Affordable Homes. In Canada, such investments have generally been available only to accredited investors and private equity.
