Great video of OWR Invest launching on the Blocksquare marketplace campaign. When you mention the “resort” (economic rights) being tokenized what does that encompass? Does it include a tiny house and also surrounding amenities? Beach front?, part of the forest? Could you please detail the inclusions for some of the assets being tokenized?

The tokenization for the Nazare project will include the land, infrastructure and tiny houses. The land is not directly at the beach, but with a view across the bay of Nazare and it’s located in/ next to a forest. As we are setting up the tokenization platform parallel to the gaining planning permission, we don’t know yet the concrete number of tiny houses that we can place there. This will be shared as soon we have the confirmation.

The resort is currently being planned and there is a certain uncertainty until we have the planning permission. But there have be prior talks with the authorities and the main question is how many units we can place there.
We are also preparing projects on two other locations - and we are just starting to promote our project!!
