Tokeniza’s marketplace pool on Oceanpoint launchpad goes live tomorrow.
All the properties are located in Spain and there are thousands of them considering the NPL Secured market was 21.000.000.000€ in 2023. Next week we will publish three properties we are analyzing for the NPL001 (currently in PRESALE)
Besides we will issue as many BSPT tokens as Community is able to buy, the only limit is the tokenization soft-cap, since we should not issue a new BSPT until the previous is sold.
