Tokeniza - Marketplace Pool Campaign

Dear BST community,

on behalf of Blocksquare’s Governance board, I am thrilled to inform you that the marketplace pool application for Tokeniza has been approved and it is now time for our community to decide, if the project team should receive support to obtain Platinum partner status for their Blocksquare powered marketplace by pledging sBST through their launchpad campaign!

Project details:

Project KPIs:

  • 10 AMA sessions conducted within 12 months
  • All tokenized properties achieving an IRR greater than 13%
  • 10 properties tokenized, each with a value exceeding 240,000 DAI
  • All buyback periods within the range of 15 to 18 months
  • Implementation of a loyalty program

Note: KPIs evaluation shall take place 12 months after marketplace pool launch and pledge campaign is successfully finished.

Dear BST community,

I’m Moisés Segura, the CEO of TOKENIZA. We are glad to participate in the launchpad campaing and hope to count with you all to push the tokenization of Non Performing Loans to the next level.

What a fantastic use of the blocksquare tokenization protocol. Great to see the Tokeniza website translated to English too. I’ll be sure to follow the developments. Congrats on being rwa blockchain pioneers :fire:

Are all of the properties going to be located in Spain or will you just manage them from Spain?
Either way just curious to see where/how you will find your 10 properties. Super excited about this.
