Dear BST community,

on behalf of Blocksquare’s Governance board, I am thrilled to inform you that the marketplace pool application for Careblock has been approved and it is now time for our community to decide, if the project team should receive support to launch their Blocksquare powered marketplace.

Project KPIs:

  1. Tokenization of Healthcare Assets:
  • At least 5 healthcare assets tokenized and listed on the platform with a total value of $20 million.
  • At least 2 types of healthcare assets (e.g. real estate, medical groups)
  1. User Acquisition and Engagement:
  • At least 500 registered users on the platform within the first 12 months
  1. Partnerships and Collaborations:
  • At least 5 strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations or companies within the first 12 months.

Note: KPIs evaluation shall take place 12 months after marketplace pool launch and pledge campaign is successfully finished.

In this updated power point, our CareBlock’s pipeline has a total of 100M USD potential deals in the waiting lists (slide 22). We are going through due diligence with each. The CEO, Tuan Dinh, PhD, just flew to Vietnam and firming up the 15 M revenue deal while presenting blockchain-AI to the local communities and governmental agencies. Hope he shares some pictures soon when he comes back. Thanks for all of your support.

We will start with accredited investors first but are working on paperworks for Regulation CF to open the investments to other investors as well.

We are constantly hiring!!! Below will explain the 2 categories :

  1. CareYield wants to contribute and help international students to be successful in USA. We are hiring 20 OPT/CPT in last semester of MBA or master degree with STEM. These candidates will be paired with high level experience paid advisors, CEO, and executives who focus on fundings, network expansion, properties listing, and financial forecasting for listing business modelings.

  2. International Telesales: We have a list of group homes who wants to tokenize for investors who are usually doctors, nurses, home care vendors owners/staff, caregivers, power of attorney (son/daughters) of the parents. If you want to involve as one of our virtual sales force member, please let us know, especially if you live in Romania, Philippines, and India because 50%+ care homes are owned by the Romanian, Filipino, and Indian.
