Vera Capital - Marketplace Pool Campaign

on behalf of Blocksquare’s Governance board, I am thrilled to inform you that the marketplace pool application for Vera Capital has been approved and it is now time for our community to decide, if the project team should receive support to obtain Platinum partner status for their Blocksquare powered marketplace by pledging sBST through their launchpad campaign!

Project KPIs:

  1. Equity Raise Target:
    • Secure $1 billion in commitments from General Partners (GP) and Limited Partners (LP).
  2. Manager Commitment:
    • Raise up to $50 million (5% of total equity raise) from the fund managers.
  3. LP Commitment:
    • Secure $950 million in investments from Limited Partners.
  4. Success Fee (Promote) Realization:
    • Achieve a 25% carry after the return of equity.
    • Reach a 40% carry on profits exceeding a 2.0x multiple for LPs.

Note: KPIs evaluation shall take place 12 months after marketplace pool launch and pledge campaign is successfully finished.

How does Blocksquare plan to address regulatory challenges and ensure compliance with existing securities laws, as real estate tokenization becomes more mainstream and attracts increased scrutiny from regulatory bodies?

As for the U.S., Vera Capital’s legal team has provided the necessary guidance, and all required licenses and approvals for their marketplace have been secured by Vera Capital.

But maybe they can provide more information here.

Thank you for your interest! After the lock period users can keep staking and earning in Vera Capital’s pool. But they will have full flexibility and can withdraw their BST anytime.
