Despite facing real funding challenges along the journey, we stayed committed to the vision. Today, we have completed the first phase of the hotel, and operations have already begun. This milestone is not just about opening a property, it is about proving that the model works and that together we can build real, revenue generating assets.
With the hotel now operational, revenue distribution will begin soon as bookings continue to come in and occupancy builds. This marks the transition from development to performance, from vision to measurable returns.
